Service Description

At this visit your Doctor of Physical Therapy will follow the plan of care created at our the Initial Evaluation. Any unanswered questions from previous appointments will be addressed. Each visit will include Manual Therapy, Guided specific exercises, patient education and an update on your home exercise program. This is used when a full 45 mins is not required for your care.
