TELEHEALTH PT FOLLOW UP

Service Description

This option can be used for a follow up Appointment or Wellness Appointment. We can meet with you via a video conference call to provide you with a Physical Therapy screen, assess your needs, progress or modify your exercises & provide PT advice all from your own home or office. This option offers the most efficient use of your time, to meet your personal goals and receive quality care from the convenience of your remote location. Our fee for this service has currently been reduced to $25 to help our patients with access to our services during the time when COVID-19 is limiting everyone's accessibility to PT and wellness services.
